The drilling mud tank is an integral part of the drilling rig mud circulating system which is designed to circulate the drilling mud from the wellhead to mud pumps, clean it, treat it with chemicals and store it.
The tank has a rectangular shape, its structure is reinforced. The bottom sheet thickness is 6 mm. The tank lower rounding-off radius is 500 mm. All structural elements are assembled by welding. For the manufacture of containers, steel grade 09G2S is used.
Zinc-filled primer and two-component premium enamel are used as paint coating providing high resistance to the atmosphere, drilling mud and mechanical abrasion. The service life of the coating is 10 years.
LIST OF EQUIPMENT
The mud tank has an open top. For convenience, the container can be completed with a frame mounted in a single block. This design allows to conveniently place all the necessary equipment on a single frame at the top of the structure.
Also, at the technical request of the customer, the container can be assembled with:
|Volume 10 m3|
|Overall sizes, L × W × H||m||3.24 × 2.46 × 2.15|
|Volume 20 m3|
|Overall sizes, L × W × H||m||5.24 × 2.46 × 2.15|
|Volume 30 m3|
|Overall sizes, L × W × H||m||7.24 × 2.46 × 2.15|
|Volume 40 m3|
|Overall sizes, L × W × H||m||9.54 × 2.46 × 2.15|
