Hoisting Winch LGL-50-SU-1-S-21-UHL

LGL-50 auxiliary cargo and passenger winch (hereinafter referred to as the Winch) is designed for transportation of loads and tools from the catwalk to the drilling site, hoisting of loads, as well as the basket with the operating personnel when servicing the top drive system and other works.

The winch is mounted on a power frame which has places for its fastening to the drilling rig platform.

The metal drum guard completely covers rotating parts and effectively excludes accidental ingress of foreign objects into the rope reeling area. Two pressure rollers are provided for even rope laying on the drum. Hoisting and lowering of the hook is limited by the number of rope wraps on the drum using inductive sensors.

The winch is equipped with a special TKG-200V explosion-proof shoe brake (in accordance with the clause 211 of the Rules for labor protection when working at height), installed on the second shaft of the electric motor, and a backup electromagnetic brake located between the motor and gearbox. Both brakes are explosion-proof. The transmission of torque from the motor to the brake, gearbox and further to the drum is carried out by the key and splined transmission without the use of a friction cam or other split couplings.

The hoisting / lowering speed is controlled by a frequency converter. Also, with the help of the frequency converter, a smooth start and stop of the motor is ensured.

The control for the winch is represented by a control panel with a push-button station and a controller, a portable push-button station, as well as a portable radio control panel installed in the basket, made in an explosion-proof design.

The winch has two modes of operation: "Load" and "People". Switching of operating modes is carried out only from the portable push-button station with a three-position switch. The limit switch located in the basket support frame, blocks the winch operation when operating in the "Load" mode, thereby preventing the basket from being hoisted using the controller. The basket can be hoisted only by the use of the portable push-button station or remote control. The hoisting capacity limitation when using the winch in the “Load” mode is carried out automatically using a frequency converter, and in the “People” mode – by a strain gage sensor. Turning on and off the electric motor with the simultaneous release of the electric motor shaft is carried out remotely from the control panels.

The winch is equipped with a LED light for equipment maintenance and repair.

The winch is supplied with the following set of documents:

• Passport;

• Declaration of conformity to CU TR 010/2011 "On safety of machinery and equipment";
• Certificate of compliance with CU TR 012/2011 "On safety of equipment for work in explosive atmospheres";
• Passports and certificates for purchased components;
• Test procedure program;
• Test report.

All documentation is supplied in Russian.
