Hoisting Winch LGL-50-SU-1-V-24-UHL1

The cargo winch LGL-50-SU-1-V-24-UHL1 (hereinafter referred to as the Winch) is designed for transporting cargo and tools from the receiving bridges to the drilling site, lifting cargo, as well as a cradle with working personnel during maintenance of the SVP and other works.

The winch is mounted on a power frame, which has places for its attachment to the platform of the drilling rig.

The metal guard of the drum completely covers the rotating parts and effectively prevents accidental ingress of foreign objects into the rope winding area.

For uniform laying of the rope on the drum, two pressure rollers are provided. Limiting the lifting and lowering of the hook is carried out by the number of turns of the rope on the drum using inductive sensors.

The winch is equipped with a special explosion-proof shoe brake TKG-200V (in accordance with paragraph 225 of the Rules for labor protection when working at height) or TKG-300V (depending on the design), installed on the second shaft of the electric motor (or on the second shaft of the gearbox) and backup an electromagnetic brake located between the motor and the gearbox. Both brakes are explosion-proof.
