EXTRALIFT LP-5-SU-1-V-00-U1 passenger winch

The passenger winch EXTRALIFT LP-5-SU-1-V-00-U1 (hereinafter referred to as the Winch) is designed for lifting the cradle with operating personnel when servicing the top drive systems within the rated lifting capacity.

The winch is equipped with an explosion-proof pushrod for the drum brake at the input and output. Torque is transmitted from the engine to the brake, gearbox, and then to the drum via a key and splined drive without the use of friction, cam, or other detachable clutches.

The lifting/lowering speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The frequency converter also ensures smooth starting and stopping of the motor. The winch controls are a portable push-button station within the 5-meter cable length, as well as a portable radio-controlled remote control installed in the cradle, both are explosion-proof. The winch is equipped with the upper and lower hook position sensors (anti-drag device).

The winch is supplied with the following set of documents:

• Passport;
• Operation manual;
• Declaration of conformity with the TR CU 010/2011 On the safety of machinery and equipment;
• Certificate of conformity to the TR CU 012/2011 On the safety of equipment for work in explosive environments;
• Passports and certificates for purchased components;
• Test methodology program - subject to agreement;
• Test report.
