The use of an enclosed-type shale shaker, in comparison with other models of shale shakers, allows reducing the level of noise, vibration and the impact of harmful factors on service personnel, especially when working with hydrocarbon-based solutions (HBS).

Design Features

All-welded vibrating frame, reliable fixation of screen panels with pneumatic clamps and a fully closed outer casing with forced removal of harmful vapor emissions of the solution. For final drying of the sludge, vacuum pumping of liquid is provided on the last screen panel. Remote adjustment of the angle of inclination of the screen panels is carried out from the control panel. Unique cleaning of the screen panels with built-in mud cutters is also carried out from the control panel.

Reliability and working conditions

Vibration motors - high reliability with low noise levels. Screen panels are of our own production with an extended service life. The durable screen panel seals are made of polyurethane with an original screw-free fastening.

Operating modes and performance

Shale shakers implement two types of oscillations: linear and elliptical. Depending on this, uniform or maximum-productive transportation of sludge is carried out.

Corrosion protection

The working part of the shale shaker is made of stainless steel. The structure has a 3-layer coating of premium enamel of increased durability.

Safety

All electrical equipment is explosion-proof. Explosion protection grade is IIGbcIIBT4.
