Service maintenance

NKMZ-ST, Ltd. provides services for the maintenance of drilling mud cleaning system equipment, and also conducts full audit of mud circulation systems, including:

• Inspection of the circulation system equipment and determination of the technical condition of its individual units;
• Identification of the causes of low efficiency of the cleaning system and deficiencies in the pipework system of the existing equipment;
• Creation of the list for elimination and recommendations for modernization.

Service maintenance is carried out both for equipment of our own production and for equipment of third-party manufacturers, including foreign ones. A qualified mechanical engineer with the necessary tool is on site and ensures stable operation of the equipment. It is possible to carry out current repairs and organize a consignment warehouse with the necessary list of spare parts directly at the field.

Specialists of NKMZ-ST, Ltd. carry out major repairs of the cleaning system equipment, for these purposes:

• A workshop for repairs has been organized;
• The work is carried out by the qualified personnel;
• A repair technology has been developed for each type of equipment.

1. Complete disassembly of equipment, washing, sandblasting (if necessary);
2. Damage assessment of component units with all necessary measurements;
3. Agreement with the customer on the punch list, list of works and used spare parts;
4. After the repair, the equipment undergoes a full cycle of tests according to the developed methodology using flushing liquids (under load).

The minimum balance of a number of spare parts allows for repairs to be carried out within the established timeframes and costs to be reduced. During the repair, it is possible to provide the replacement equipment.
