Hoisting Winch LV-50 AT-SU-1-N-15-UHL1

Hoisting winch LV-50АТ is designed for transportation of loads and tools from catwalk to the rig and load lifting floor.

The main components of the winch are: a frame, drum, gearbox, drum guard, electromagnetic brake and electric motor.

The connection of the output shaft of the gearbox and the drum is realized through the intermediate gear sleeve. The drive motor is bolted to the flange of the electromagnetic brake, the brake is secured to the flange of the gearbox. The motor shaft is connected to the brake input shaft using a keyed connection, the brake output shaft is connected to the gearbox input shaft also using a keyed connection.

The electromagnetic brake is optionally equipped with a handle for manual release of the drum in case of emergency. In normal operation, the brake is automatically released simultaneously with the supply of electricity to the electric motor.
For the correct laying of the rope on the drum, there are two pressure rollers fixed to the guard and to the frame.

The winch is supplied with the following set of documents:

• Passport;
• Operation manual;
• Electric motor passport;
• Electromagnetic brake passport;
• Certificate of conformity CU TR 010/2011 "On safety of machinery and equipment";
• Certificate of conformity CU TR 012/2011 "On safety of equipment for work in explosive atmospheres".

The winch comes from the factory in two boxes: the motor with a brake and the winch itself. The process of installation, assembly and preparation for work takes no more than 60 minutes. All necessary fasteners, as well as oil for the expansion tank of the gearbox, are supplied in the spare parts kit.
